
Roasted in Western Australia from the best beans we can find from across the globe, the Darkstar blend is as full-flavoured, full bodied and chocolaty as one could want in a strong black coffee, but is also a buttery, caramel, nutty, yet acidy delight with milk added.
Darkstar Coffee is comprised of only high-grown Arabica coffees sourced from around the world. Wherever possible, we source coffees from a single Estate as they have a more distinct and unique flavour than those produced from multiple plantations.
We cater for the wholesale coffee market and rather than having several coffee blends, expensive packaging, sales representatives, shiny cars, umbrellas, large premises and therefore, high overheads, we have just one blend of exceptional coffees, a small roasting plant and us. No distractions from our blend and little concern for the cost of its components.
Each component is profile-roasted to bring out it’s best for the recipe (itself developed over several years), then blended and allowed to rest for seven days before we pack and distribute to our customers
